I've been offline for a bit, or I'd have answered this earlier. Tom modified his Sea Tour 17 into the Sea Dart design for me and I've not had time to build it yet. I had wanted a longer boat to use my "radius chine" SOF method on and wanted a boat with more room under the deck so I can stretch out on longer day tours. The Sea Dart is the result.

Right now I'm finishing my Radius Chine Sea Bee so can test that (had the boat partially completed, so used it as a trial horse).

Hopefully in a month or so I will be able to answer your questions.
