: long, weight = negligible, skinned in 8oz polyester from George Dyson,
: coated with Zar polyurethane and oil paint.

: I built it for a friend's 6 yr old son - and I hope his younger sister
: doesn't get too upset I didn't build her one (yet)! I painted PNW native
: style stuff on the boat to pique his interest - but I suspect if I'd
: painted pirate stuff on it that he'd be happier!

: I had planned to build a teeny baidarka, and was just starting to design it
