Hey Builders,
I got to paddle the kayak for a month or so. The skin boat is just awesome on the water. I did the Bluz Cruz Marathon which is a 22.5 mile race down the Mississippi river. This ended up in Vicksburg Ms. The boat is fast and tracks very well but still turns easy when leaned.
When I was working I was talking about building my skin boat that is when it happened. This young architect just kept after me until I just had to let it go. Their so easy to build I figured I will just build another. So there goes my first skin boat.
Her name is Pam and is from Auston Tx. Here is a picture of the proud new owner of a skin on frame kayak. So if you see her paddling in Auston be nice. She and I tried the boat out and Pam just loves it. Well I think my skin boat went to a good home.
Time to start it over again.
