About 20 postings on this thread trying to salve the ire of a builder who is unhappy with his supplier because his flush hatches didn't come out flush. I don't think this supplier or any supplier has given any assurances about how any particular hatch arrangement will work out. Particularly bungeed hatch covers. If you want trick hatches you had better be willing to go to the wall to make them work. That's the craft part of craftsmanship. Get real.
