Hi Paul. I think a lot of the guys would prefer that this thread die. You and LeeG mention different hatch types, so I'll clarify the points here; as Lee noted, I should have said Shearwater 16 Hybrid from the start. I had thought all CLC hatches used basically the same setup, and anyone who'd built a CLC boat would be up to speed. 'course, a picture could help, too... that channel is 1/2 wide, made with the parts supplied.

CLC has a little somethin' somethin' headed my way, so my days of fruitless searching should be over.
