I recently discovered that Linda's best friend's husband wanted to get into a new hobby. He loves photography, as I do, and wanted a new way to find different angles to shoot images while getting in a little exercise. He talked to me about the VJ (my Waters Dancing Lightning 17) and was just about to buy one of Nick's plans until he saw a WD Solace 17 EX. Now he owns the WD kit and I have a student to instruct on the finer details of S&G building. Keith has watched me work on the NH project and will be with me learning the ropes tonight as I tie in the bulkheads. I figger he'll be working on his own craft by next week or so. He is already talking about building up a fleet for his family (4 altogether). Looks like we're gonna be spending a lot of time together over the next couple of decades. Between Linda and Keith, I might never have a quiet solo paddle again. At least I have tremendous support (an excuses) for continuous building now. Whoopie!
