Just use a calculator. 1 foot = 30.48cm, so just multiply 30.48 with your dimension in decimal feet.
As an example, 0.81 feet is 30.48 x 0.81 = 24.68cm.
Working in millimeters is more accurate than cm & 1 foot = 304.8mm, so multiply decimal feet ny 302.8 to get mm.
