There are 6 forms and 2 bulkheads. The forms are used every 3 feet starting 18" from the bow. The bulkheads are located as shown in the first drawing.
I don't have a separate instruction for the plans builder. You are using scarf joints instead of puzzle joints because the scarf is easier to do accurately by hand. After that it is the same. I built on a strongback because that is what I had, a table or a couple boards laid across saw horses should do the trick.
