3) I used a combination bit from one ocean kayaks. I can't get the link right now but it's on my blog site - scroll down the page linked below and you'll see the two router bits available. USD41+ shipping. I've only done strips for one boat but it worked great - other opinions prob more weighty than mine!
1) no idea sorry. Imagine v dry ok though, at only 1/4" thick I should think all strips end up very dry?
