I finished sanding and applied the Solar Lux today. Boy, was that next to impossible! I made the mistake of using a foam brush at first, but it soon disintegrated. The stain dries so fast that you have to keep moving and blending, impossibly fast it seems, even with the max amount of retarder. I took my t-shirt off and used it in a pinch. After I did both sides, I had an ounce or so left and I just decided to pour into it the rest of my glass of water (about 4-5 ounces). I wetted the shirt cloth with this and started at the front of the boat again and went over the whole boat again, really blending each section and working fast. This seemed to help alot and it is less mottled than I thought it was going to be when I was first putting it on. I'll post some before/after photos later.

I need to fill a swimming pool with the stuff next time and just dip it in all at once!
