: If the thinner was used on bare wood, it shouldn't effect the epoxy as long
: as it's allowed to dry off fully.
: In some cases, I've heard that oily timbers like teak need to be rubbed down
: with a paint thinner to remove the oils inherent in the timber before
: applying epoxy.

: If in doubt, use a hairdryer to warm the timber and flash off any remnant of
: thinner. The smell will tell if there is any thinner left on/in the wood.

A big thanks Mike. I was a little worried as from what I've read, epoxy can be finicky. Boat sure did look nice (for my standards) when I applied the thinner.
