Good call. I'll have hatches both fore and aft, but have to decide whether to make one bigger than the other. The bow has more room, but it also needs to rise over waves. Should it be balanced 50/50, 60/40, 70/30 one way or another or what?

Some bungies in the storage compartment might be a nice way of keeping stuff from moving around, but there might be so little room that everything will be snug anyway.

I'm planning on installing fabric bulkheads. I'm planning on using dacron, so it should be easy to just glue them in place.

: Michael, don't forget, if you hatch the aft deck, and start piling stuff in
