Ah Law of Unintended Consequences. I refer to that as "The Solution Becomes the Next Problem Syndrome".
The trick is to evenly support yourself over a large area which happens when you drop your legs to get circulation back. I personally prefer to put the Greenley seats in all my kayaks. They get you within a half inch of the bottom and Joe seems to have patterned as close as I have ever seen to a one size fits all. The carved blanks are a super bargain.
