Hey Builders,
I am lofting the stations for the Nikumi, a Tom Yost design, and have a question about station 8. It is the last station before the stern and I am not sure about the notches for the chine stringers. It seems that the chines don't have room to notch in do they just attach to the side of that station? That is what the pictures look like.
Another question, the rear deck is flat so do I notch the deck beam in full depth or should it protrude 3/8 or so? The pictures on the web site look like the rear deck has a small amount of camber or rise to it. That may be pictures of the Nikumi 19 I am not sure.
Help with these questions will be much appreciated.
