And... a inside view looking towards the bow. I attached the combings Greenland style with the cloth running under the rims rather than over the top.

The gunwals are Doug fir, the ribs White Oak and the deck beams are laminated Eastern Spruce/fir (whatever the 2x4 was!)

I lashed the stringers individually - the thought being that they would be less prone to damage and isolate damage better.
