Pretty clearly, what I see here is a CIA-trained anti-terrorist bird of prey that has brought down a CSIS-trained terrorist Canada Goose. The goose was probably looking for another American passenger jetliner to bring down. Obviously, this is a new American method of protecting the jetliners from suspected terrorist Canadian geese. I have to say, the CIA apparently knows what it is doing and WOW!, they sure know how to get these avian protectors trained quickly. Why cull with bullets when you can train and encourage nature to do the same.

Oh, alright...so it ain't so but hey, makes for good copy. Great shot, Joe. I have seen falcons intercept pigeons in mid air, falling with the pigeon through a cloud of feathers as it grips its prey until it makes the kill, then fly to the ground to dine. I would have loved to have got a series of photos showing this kind of display but alack!, I didn't have it with me and even if I did, I probably would have been so entranced by the attack that I would have forgotten to do so anyway. Thanks for sharing the cool photo.
