Down here in the Caribbean we get a lot of Panga's in lengths up to 30 feet and with various makeshift apparratus for carrying loads of drugs and people, but I must say, this guy takes the cake. This boat was seized in Montserrat recently carrying illegal aliens. I would hate to cross his path. One thing for sure, he has plenty of backup should one... or two or three or four... engine fail.
