Nice boat. I first thought this was the Nikumi 19, which I am assembling the material for right now. This is going to be my wife's boat and she wants to do some rolling and Greenland-style stuff in it. I'd like her to be able to keep up with my 18' S&G Night Heron and get into the boat before the summer ends (;-)).

What made you choose this design over the Nikumi 19? From the pictures it is hard to see, but you said hard-chine, so it looks like this one has just one chine on each side? It's also shorter by a foot 16'9" vs. 17'9" than the Nikumi 19. I wonder how that is going to impact performance?

How did you get the stitches this straight?
