Wow, that looks great. Is the leaf over or under the glass? Did you have to go a little thicker with the epoxy in that general area than the rest of the boat?

: I glassed the coaming and seal-coated the riser today. The deck has been
: glassed on complete with real maple leaves on-laid over the deck. The
: leaves were bone-dry so no worries about moisture...I dried them for two
: years before I could use them. The hull has its second to last coat of
: epoxy (weave filling) and the deck is almost there as well. Making sure to
