Material: Small quantity HDPE source?

I'm building a Yost-style strongback this weekend, which will only require a couple square feet of HDPE. I'd just as soon not buy a 4'x8' sheet.

Where can I buy HDPE in small quantities? I figured I could grab a couple cutting boards at Target and chop 'em up, but that may not be the best way to go.
