Hi, George. I haven't weighed it yet. The beam measured out at 19-inches as expected...the length should be exactly 18' or so (haven't measured that yet). As far as weight goes, it's so light that while I was at a lake last weekend, some kind hearted guy offered to help me carry it off the car. I grabbed it with two hands and easily transferred the kayak to my shoulder with one hand. The weight as far as I am concerned is not significant for me to worry about...I guess it to be a tad under 30-lbs. Once I get the rest of the fillets done and finally build a front hatch, I will do a proper weighing in and let you know what it comes out at. I continue to be thrilled with this design and have had nothing but fun with it. I managed to get it surfing at the lake using wee wind generated waves. This kayak wants to surf and have fun...I am thrilled to be in the driver's seat.
