First the good news, floats right on it's lines. Bad news is the secondary stability is worse than sitting on a log . The further it leans the more unstable it gets.

Knew this was a possibility, so it's not all that hard to make it wider. Now to figure out how much wider :)

Might also make the seat sit a little lower, but that compromises the stroke so we'll see.

Oh yeah, at low speeds anyway has virtually zero resistance, if I get it right this thing will be fast :) At anything over low speeds I'd be swimming so no high speed tests yet.

Might make a bolt together ama set so I can adjust the beam as necessary. Probably should have done that to start with.

Now knowing it floats where it should, I can at least finish covering the hulls.
