Sorry, I misread, I thought you were referring to plywood on frame, not plywood frames. But a traditional SOF is stronger than the plywood framed versions. And I'm not being a traditionalist snob, I have both traditional and plywood framed SOFs. The plywood framed ones are quick builds. I assembled a frame in one morning a SSTIKS this year.
