I guess you're wondering about practical concerns in attaining the curve... My guess is that you wouldn't want to rely on affixing the stringers against their will; the tension might exert negative force against the curve of the other frame members. So, getting a close bend in the wood prior to attachment would be best. My reading here leads me to suggest steam or heat gun bending.
