Skin-on-Frame: medium sized double

curious if anyone knows of plans or means to make a medium sized skin on frame double,,stable one. Something in the realm of a rec. boat style but two regular coamings. Maybe 17'x28" for 250-350lbs with two paddlers. 150lb adult and 100lb child or 170lb adult and 150lb adult.
