I always use West System's resins with their special coating hardener, no blushing ever and is very reliable. Also not inexpensive.

I've recently been using glass, 3.2 ounce tight weave, from Thayercraft Industries (they are on the web) best prices I've seen anywhere and the stuff wets out perfectly clear, even up close.
