I am working on one now. I rough cut some cedar 2x4 on a band saw to match the cross section contour of my keester. I then glued them up and used a Kutzall wheel on an angle grinder to rough out a tractor seat the same way you would if you were making a Joe Greenley style seat out of minicell foam. That's as far as I have gotten on that part of the project.
