Got the sinew in from Townsend yesterday and I am impressed! This is what it should work like! I was using sinew from Skin Boat School. It is more like a small twisted rope while this from the Townsend is flat and REALLY lays flat. The other does not.

I find the new sinew a little harder to work with, not as stiff and not as heavy a wax coating so it wants to unravel a little easier. But I am not going back to the other. Now I understand why people talk about sinew laying flat. I am tempted to remove and relash the frame since I have not skinned it yet.
