I got this figured out (I think). After working with a very tight weave nylon this required learning how to sew all over again! No pulling this skin tight like the nylon. Just have to leave it loose and trust it will shrink up.

I got one end sewn up and it was so loose compared to what I am used too. So I grabbed the heat and put it to it and was surprised at how much if shrank. That seems to be the ticket.
