If you're intending to steam bend WRC you'll probably find it doesn't steam bend well. I've used a heat gun, an iron and a hot pipe ... usually dry but sometimes with dampened wood. You can both bend and twist with these methods. It takes a little patience but once ya have the technique down it should work.
