Charles, I purchased a 12 foot piece of heavy duty PVC pipe (not the thin irrigation pipe!!), a hot plate, kettle (not electric but the kind one would boil on the stove to make tea), radiator hose of a diameter that fits over the spout of the kettle, a couple of hose clamps and a cap for the PVC pipe. Drill a hole in the cap so that there is a place for the steam to escape. Clamp the hose on the kettle spout, fill the kettle with water, tur on the hot plate, insert a few strips to be steamed into the pipe and steam away.
