WHEN...do I know to put that first 1 or 2 piece Bottom Hull strip in? Is there a number of strips I count up...or will it appear...obviously...when to do it? I've put in about 1/2 dozen strips and can see that "moment" approaching. Just wondered if there is a More Appropriate time to start the football scenario on bottom of hull?
