All:

Haven't built a boat in four years. Time to fix that problem. I'm looking for something not unlike the Romany. Like a Greenland style and I do plan on adding a skeg for longer day paddles. I've searched archives and it seems that there isn't anything close. I did see John C's Artist. The Petrel also looks very nice.

Two questions:

1) any suggestions of designs that may fit my desire that I haven't found yet.

2) anybody in Toronto area, or not too distant drive have a Petrel?
