The wrist/neck gaskets are usually installed for the smallest wrist/neck sizes. You have to trim them up a little bit at a time until you get the size that fits comfortably yet remains water tight. I had to do this for my Kokatat dry top. I trimmed the gaskets a wee bit each time until it fit just right. Took me two tries to get it. Hope this helps.
