I clicked on your link which displayed the photo. Then I right-clicked on the photo and selected Properties. Then I highlighted the Properties and and clicked on Copy. Next, as a response to your message I Pasted the photo properties into the Optional Image URL of the message posting function but deleted the existing (http://) first. Then I clicked on Preview Message to see if the photo displayed. It did so I then clicked on Post Message.
