Yes, it is a non-blush hardener. I have used it for 8-years now, on 4 kayaks and have been happy with it. No cloudy applications and never any flaking, peeling, what-have-you. I should also mention that air conditions here in Alberta are usually dry dry and more dry, especially during the last few years. We haven't seen nearly as much rain as we used to see and many lakes are either evaporating quickly or have disappeared altogether and are now under the farmer's plow. I have worked with the stuff at temperatures from 14 C to 32 C. The best applications (best as in easiest) occurred during room temperature, 20 C (72 F).
