Yep, just HH-66 glue. I did vinyl laminated polyester (thin layer of vinyl, polyester another layer of vinyl) and it the glue worked great. You probably know this already, but easiest place to get it is local Walmart store (or if you are like me and refuse to shop there on principle, any local fabric store should carry it).
