Thanks, guys. I think sanding down to "virgin" epoxy before recoating will be the solution. The yak has two coats of epoxy on satin glass, applied in the first week of August, and the boat transported to the Sierras for launching. I'll be gentle with the sanding. First time with this problem, so I felt a little T-boned at the intersection. Thanks for your help.
