No matter who plans you are doing, there is a point when you glass the inside of the deck and hull. Once the hull is off the forms and the inside glass is hard to the touch, you want to put in a few forms and wrap some straps or bungee around them so the hull doesn't distort too much during the curing stage. Sometimes the hull can close in and that's what you most want to avoid. For the most part, most strippers align pretty good as far as the strips mating laterally, but almost all strippers need a little pushing and prying as far as the width. If the hull needs to be pulled out, you can use an old table knife that you bend an angle on. Once you pull it out, press down on the deck and that will hold it while you pull some strapping tape across the joint and it will hold fine. Make sure you wash any blush off the hull and deck otherwise the strapping tape slips.
