It looks more like a bruise and the surface doesn't appear to be compromised.
Out of this small sampling, it sounds like Raka does this and West Systems and silver tip doesn't? Raka turns out to be too slow for me anyway...
OR could it be the sizing on the fiberglass not bonding well?
