My wife's Guillemot is just shy of 15'10" and comes in at 38lbs. My strips were 7/32" and has 6oz glass throughout. This includes Jim's Redfish foam seat. My 17'-0"er is a 42lbs'er with the same conditions. I'd say 35lbs for what you've described is right in line.
