: I have a kit for CLC for a Night Heron. I received the YouNeedThis amount of
: resin, but...I want to put a pre-seal on all four sides. Wondering if
: anyone out thar has done the Night Heron from CLC....did a PRE-seal(inner
: and outer) and if the "designatiedly-sent amount" was enough.
: Sure don't want to be in the process toward the end and find
: myself...short...of resin??????

I have never used up all the resin I've gotten from CLC for a kit. The key however is how much you waste when you mix up the 100's of small batches you need to build the boat.

I think that the resin you use to pre coat the wood would have been used anyway. I mean you will use less when you glass the boat since the resin will ot be absorbed by the wood.
