: "weathering" you'll eventually lose a tiny amount of the

Good to hear!! That definitely makes sense. I was just concerned about the epoxy, but it makes sense that if I am gradually wearing it away and then restoring it, degradation isn't really my issue. This will also save me time in any extra coating, let alone added costs and weight. I appreciate the reply~
