I ordered my 10-micron HBN today. I got an extremely fast response, and one of the things this lady mentioned was that after opening the package, to toss in a few desiccants if i've got them for storing and keeping the material. HBN is hygroscopic, so it wants to absorb any moisture available (interesting...), which explains why people have noticed it clumping. Just thought I'd put that information out there for others as well.
