I think you'll find it goes together pretty easy, nothing too tough about it. The two most time consuming parts for me were measuring/cutting out the sections and sewing the nylon skin. Both those operations took the better part of a day. Otherwise it was just an hour or two here and there fitting/fastening/gluing. I started work the first weekend in October and paddled it the last weekend in October and I certainly didn't feel like I was rushing it.
