Both Soller Composites and Sweet Composites have CF. It's not cheap, at around $35-50 a yard.

Making the top one piece would probably be pretty, also very expensive. Making it from short pieces works fine and looks good too with a heck of alot less waste.

The twill fabric is much more flexible in the weave than a straight weave, nice for curved surfaces.
