i meant dying not dying.

: I just finished dying the skin. I have 1050 Denier and was using acid dye
: from skinboats. When I mixed the dye as per instructions and applied it to
: the skin it pretty much just rolled off (almost like the skin is
: waterproof). eventually it would be ablsorbed into the skin but the color
: is somewhat washed out and has a mottled look, which I am ok with. But I
: am wondering if this is normal? when I looked at the skinboats website the
: dye appears to be going on very well with nice deep color.
