Hi Barb
I hope I am not being presumptuous in giving this advice, but after three years building the boat I feel positive that you are perfectly able to complete the project without further hands on help.
I wonder if you have not been an apprentice for too long, and I wonder if perhaps too much help has actually slowed down your project.
Too much help, even from (and sometimes especially from) experts, can actually cause you to loose confidence in your own abilities on a project like this.
If I were you I would proceed, with care, on my own.
If you read the instructions on the tins and on the plans (TWICE), and if you ask for help here on this BB, you really can do it on your own.
You are so close now to actually being able to use you boat that I think you should forge on and not wait. You have waited long enough.
JUST GO FOR IT, And post us a picture when it is done.
