Doug,

It's definitely worth it when you see them enjoy their boats. My daughter loved hers (she finally outgrew it and we gave it to some friends) and her first voyage out was in Columbia, MD on Centennial lake. Great time. You'll have plenty of good memories with your daughter now and she'll outgrow those outriggers all too soon.
