Bob,
The Night Heron and Expedition are both designed for someone a lot heavier than you. Their design displacement is for an ideal paddler and gear weight of 200 pounds or more. They are also very flat-bottomed boats, so lighter paddlers will find themselves slipping downwind faster than most other kayaks with appropriate loads and rounded or shallow V bottoms.
Not sure if your feet will fit in the regualr Guillemot, though.
You might also consider one of the One Ocean Kayaks. The designer, Vaclav, has big feet and the decks on his boats tend to be higher.
